Safe Movement for All Spines:
Foundations and Mentorship

Join Gwen for empowering courses, based on her book, to learn new ideas and new ways of thinking that save you time by helping you stop reinventing the wheel for every client.

If you want to work with a more diverse population, specifically an aging population– it’s time to get the training you need to work with a variety of spine and joint conditions using holistic problem-solving skills.

You can spend less time in fear when someone has a spine condition and more time giving them back the life they’ve always wanted.

With this course, you will:

  • Learn simple ways to navigate different spinal conditions
Through my down-to-Earth teaching style that makes anatomy digestible, you can feel confident making modifications and helping all of your students progress.
  • Get hands-on examples and experience
To make the lessons feel less theoretical and way more ‘oh, I can absolutely do this if someone comes in with this condition.’
  • Expand your clientele
Into a demographic that previously didn’t feel welcome in most fitness classes due to their limitations and instructor’s fear of helping them due to injury potential.
  • Feel confident
That you’re changing the world, one spine at a time.

Safe Movement for All Spines on the Road: Strategies for Chronic Back Pain & Sciatica

Safe Movement for All Spines on the Road! 🌺 Want better results for clients with chronic back pain or sciatica?

Join me, Gwen Miller, author of Safe Movement for All Spines, in person on Oahu for my workshop Strategies for Working with Chronic Back Pain and Sciatica in Honolulu, Hawaii where we will cover how:

* Spine health is tied to whole-body health and it’s a 2-way street
* Tightness in the hips and thighs can add compressive loads to the lumbar spine
* Loss of mobility in one part of the body impacts other areas (including the spine!)
* I have found “surrounding the dragon” to be an effective strategy for working with back pain – addressing mobility and flexibility in multiple areas of the body as a valid approach to working with back pain
